This toy is very durable, brightly colored, enticing and entertaining. My daughter loves playing with it and it is a toy I enjoy (there are many that drive me nuts!) I would only point out the size. It is great for a small apartment, but because it is so small, she can pick it up and tote it about and she has dropped it on her feet and been quite unhappy. Earlier, we had to put it away because she tried to lean on it for standing and would tumble with it. So in essence, I would not recommend it for a child younger than a year. But in general, we have been very happy with this purchase!
